How payment works
- With work benefits. For physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy and acupuncture, we send the claim to your insurer and you pay the difference, if there is one. See using your work benefits and how direct billing works.
- Custom orthotics. Custom orthotics are not billed directly. You pay for them at the clinic, and once you have received them you submit the claim to your insurer yourself, with the invoice showing your payment, the proof of purchase and the gait analysis.
- After a car accident. Approved treatment is billed to the insurer. See car accident (MVA) rehabilitation.
- Without insurance. You pay at each visit. Our private billing packages are there for people who are paying themselves.
What a first visit includes
A first visit for physiotherapy, chiropractic care or acupuncture includes an assessment as well as treatment, which is why it costs more than a follow-up visit. For custom orthotics, the $500 price covers the biomechanical exam, the gait analysis, the measuring, the orthotics and the fitting.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A $50 fee applies to missed appointments and to cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.
Walk-ins and new patients
Walk-ins are welcome for every treatment on any day we are open. If we have availability we will see you right away. Calling ahead is the best way to avoid a wait. We are accepting new patients for every treatment.
