How do I book an appointment?
Call (365) 247-0440 or email [email protected] and we will find a time that works for you. You can also walk in.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome for every treatment on any day we are open. If we have availability we will see you right away. Calling ahead is the best way to avoid a wait.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We are accepting new patients for every treatment.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Sunday.

What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit includes a thorough assessment and a discussion of your health concerns. This helps us understand your needs and build a personalized treatment plan. See what to bring and how intake forms work, and our patient education guides.
What should I wear for my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothes that allow easy movement, so you can take part fully in your assessment and treatment.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your needs and goals. After your initial assessment we can tell you how often you will need to come in to get the best results.
Treatments
What services do you provide?
We provide physiotherapy, chiropractic treatment and adjustments, deep tissue massage therapy, acupuncture, custom orthotics and a range of assessments.
Do I need a referral?
It depends on the treatment and on your insurance plan. Chiropractic care can be booked without a referral. For physiotherapy and massage therapy, many plans ask for a doctor's referral before they pay, so check with your plan administrator before your first visit. For custom orthotics, a family doctor's referral is recommended.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A $50 fee applies to missed appointments and to cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.
Do you treat car accident (MVA) injuries?
Yes. We provide post-accident rehabilitation with chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage and regulated assessments. We prepare the forms and bill your auto insurer directly for approved treatment.
Do you make custom orthotics?
Yes. Our chiropractor carries out a biomechanical exam and gait analysis and prescribes custom orthotics for adults and children. A pair costs $500, which includes the exam, the gait analysis, the measuring and the fitting. They are ready in around three weeks, depending on the case. Custom orthotics are not billed directly. You pay for them at the clinic, and once you have received them you submit the claim to your insurer yourself, with the invoice showing your payment, the proof of purchase and the gait analysis.
Are your treatments safe?
Yes. Treatments are provided by trained professionals using evidence-based methods, and your clinician will assess your condition before recommending any treatment.
Can I get treatment even if I'm not in pain?
Yes. Many people come in to maintain their health and mobility, and preventative care can help you stay active.
Insurance and billing
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes. We bill most major extended health insurance providers directly for chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy and acupuncture. Custom orthotics are not billed directly. You pay for them at the clinic, and once you have received them you submit the claim to your insurer yourself, with the invoice showing your payment, the proof of purchase and the gait analysis. Can I use my work benefits?
Yes. You can use your work benefits (extended health) for custom orthotics, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, registered massage therapy and acupuncture. We bill most plans directly for treatment; orthotics are paid for at the clinic and you claim them from your plan. See using your work benefits.
How much do treatments cost?
A first chiropractic visit is $130 and a first physiotherapy visit is $115, both with assessment and treatment. Massage therapy starts at $80 plus HST, acupuncture sessions are $80, and custom orthotics are $500 a pair. See all fees and prices.
What if I don't have insurance?
We offer flexible private billing packages that keep treatment affordable without coverage.

Many extended health plans cover our services. We can help you check your coverage and submit claims so you get the benefits you are entitled to.
